Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays, unless otherwise stated.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, customers will be informed whenever possible.


Shipping & Delivery Times

We offer free shipping on orders that meet the conditions displayed on our website.

Estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days, depending on the destination country, carrier and logistical processes.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


International Shipping & Customs

We ship to multiple countries worldwide.

For international orders, shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes or additional fees according to the regulations of the destination country.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


Insured Shipping

All shipments are sent with shipping insurance until delivery.

In the event of loss or damage during transit, customers must contact us so we can review the case and provide an appropriate solution, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed or delivered incorrectly due to errors in the address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.


Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, we recommend allowing a few additional business days, as occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

If the delay becomes significant, please contact us so we can check the status of your shipment and assist you accordingly.


Order Tracking

When available, a tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.


Applicable Law

This Shipping Policy applies without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights granted under the laws of the customer’s country of residence.

In case of conflict, applicable consumer protection regulations shall prevail.
