Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused, unwashed, with its original tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The return address will be provided once the return request has been approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
This allows us to properly assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of:

European Union – Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with European consumer protection regulations.
The item must be returned unused, with its original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
